Radar Hill’s first hike was on May 20, 2021. Come and celebrate the beginning of the club’s sixth year! Everyone who attends will receive a free club patch (while they last).
On May 20, 2026, we’ll be joined by a naturalist from the ODC Network for a hike at their River Junction Preserve. Plan to meet at 10:30 AM in the parking lot at 5403 132nd Avenue. It’s northeast of New Richmond, a 20-minute drive from Saugatuck and Douglas.
We’ll walk about 3 miles on mainly flat trails (with one short hill). There is some poison ivy, so long pants are a good idea.
The preserve comprises 300 acres at the intersection of the Kalamazoo and Rabbit Rivers. There’s a map and more information at the ODC Network website.
